items that are listed as final sale may not exchanged or returned for a merchandise credit. custom designs, special orders or altered goods may not be exchanged or returned for a merchandise credit. goods that are damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

online purchases are shipped via insured usps priority mail for a flat fee of $12. we recommend using insured usps priority mail when sending exchanges back to us. we are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a return merchandise credit if your package is lost or damaged. we will not accept CODs.
