monica’s earliest memories of making jewelry are with her grandmother, sitting at the kitchen table and making bead necklaces. her grandmother would talk to her about color combinations, patterns, and more importantly, how it made her feel. that insight and encouragement now serves as monica’s inner voice - she lets the stones tell her their story.

her pieces are hand-fabricated in 18k yellow gold with only natural diamonds and gemstones. the heritage of handmade that began at her grandmother’s table inspired monica to earn her bfa and mfa in metalsmithing and jewelry design.
